Are your games private ?

Yes no mixing here!

Who can play this game?

Play with your family, friends, work colleagues, for an hour of fun.

What about my phone?

We have lockers for you to safely store your phone, and other personal items. We really want to keep our rooms secret and we know you love taking photos, but just not in this hour.

Why should I join in these games?

The experience you can have with this game is different to any other, bring your wits and be prepared to have fun, be surprised, solve problems and create some new memories you will definitely be talking about after you leave.

How difficult are the games?

The experience is different for everyone, you do not need special talent. You will need some concentration, and its best to keep talking to your team mates to get through the game…..tick tock champions 60 minutes

Are we locked in the room?

No way, you are not locked in. You are completely safe and we have CCTV in all rooms to monitor you.

What is the age limit?

Lets just say a 10 year old can solve just as many puzzles as our adults. Children 14 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult. Please call us if you have any questions.

How many people can our rooms accommodate?

We have recommended the number of adult players for each game.

Are your rooms wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately our doors are only 70cm across but if you can get in the door there is definitely room in Baker St, or the Treasure Chest for wheelchair participation.

What is your refund policy?

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. We can refund you if we receive a cancellation within 24 hours. Please contact us by phone to discuss your situation.
